Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that the product is returned in the exact condition (within 15 days) it was shipped in, and only once it has been approved by our team. The product should be new and unused to be eligible for a refund. This includes the original packaging and box the product came in.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 5-7 business days.

How to Start a Return

To initiate the return process, simply provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

• Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• Email us with your return request.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team, we will deliver the new product as soon as possible.

Cancellations

We process orders very quickly, and unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact our Support Team at support@raivatayurveda.com to see if any modifications can be made. However, please note that we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.

Wrong Address

Please note that if the package does not reach you due to a wrong or incomplete address provided by you, we will not be held accountable and will not offer a full refund for the order amount. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is correct when placing the order.
