Shipping Policy

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders.

Our Express Shipping is typically handled by Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. or Ecom Express. Deliveries usually occur within 2-5 business days (Monday – Saturday) after purchase, depending on your location. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via Email, WhatsApp, or Call.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Khalilpur and gujrat, depending on stock availability and readiness to ship.

Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number so you can always monitor its whereabouts. You can track your order under the Track My Order section on our website.

Our handling time is 1-2 business days, meaning your order will generally be shipped within this period.

Occasionally, there may be delays in processing due to seasonal sales or high demand (e.g., during Diwali or Holi).

Please ensure that all the information you provide at the time of ordering is accurate. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data, such as incorrect names, shipping or billing addresses, zip codes, phone numbers, or any other missing information that could result in a failed delivery.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package. Such occurrences are beyond our control and may cause delays in the estimated delivery time.

Once a parcel is considered delivered by the courier (with appropriate proof of delivery), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is received. If the package is marked as delivered and has not been received, the customer must take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Raivata Ayurveda is not responsible for any missing parcels once they are confirmed delivered by the courier.
